I am sorry, I can't do the entry form on the website of mediawe to registry my film. Is it possible to me to send you the preview tape and all the documents by post, without having done the inscription by internet?

Dear friends from Hungary,
there are two problems left to complete my submission. The first one is, that I did not have a printer on my laptop as I filled out the entry forms. Would it be enough, if I print out the "submitted-films-pages" of my films ALKAGOLIK and Monitor and sign them?
And, sorry, I now it is embarrassing, but I'm not sure which adress is the one to send the copies to? Is it:
