I. CITY-FILM-MEMORY1. December, 2008. 8 PM - Have You been to Hollywood? If your answer is no, You should definately come and see it! We conjure it up! Red carpet, spotlight, flashlights and all that! The gala program is the opening ceremony of a national initiation. The major aim is sharing Hungary’s regional and city specified visual memories with the public. Richter-Hall (Aradi vértanúk utca 16, Győr)
Film Fund Győr - signal film
During the evening featuring spectacular show elements, professional and guest-stars the GYŐR FILM FOUND and Archive is introducing itself by giving a taste of Győr’s „visual memory”. Prewar News, shots of unknown origin from Győr, ’56, creations of the rebellious independent filmmakers of the ’70-80 provided by the former Győr City Television Archive.
The program of the show is coloured by several performances including András „Kapitány” Szőke and Mihály Buzás, live music, The Balley Company of Győr, Zoltán Kovács „Kiskó”, The Győr Philharmonic’s Chamber Orchestra and the Colombre Band.
