The club was initiated by the world famous director, Emir Kusturica on the 30th April 2000.

Permanent programs:

- Arts and crafts classes / workshops (weaving, spinning, leather washes, beading, etc.)
- Periodical reading (periodicals in connection with youth, art and health),
- Film and music library
- Art video rent (art movies and films related to healthy way of life for rent)
- Film archives (6000 movies which were sent to MEDIAWAVE Festival during the last 14 years)
- Underground café and club atmosphere with a great selection of music
